Please come along to learn more about the world of spontaneous fermentation and take a tour around the cellar.

At no point in our process do we pitch any cultivated yeast. Untamed yeast makes the underlying product more exciting, challenging and complex.

All the beers we make will be aged in oak casks for up to 4yrs and utilise the best of local British fruit and grains.
