Jules set up Ham Street certified biodynamic vineyard in Kent in 2019 with his wife Lucie. With a background in finance, farming has been a new and exciting adventure. Newcomes to the industry has enabled them to challenge the status quo on how UK vineyards are started and maintained, focusing not on harmful inputs, but instead on regenerating the soil, developing as much life as possible, and supporting how the ecosystem around the vineyard contributes to the resilience and quality of the crop.
