Currently managing an organic livestock farm on the Ox/Bucks border, where the emphasis is on producing pasture fed beef and lamb. Adding value through direct sales from a small outlet on the farm, along with a number of wildlife and conservation projects involving both public and private financial support.

The introduction to RegenAg for me was moving the family dairy farm from a very conventional pedigree high yielding holstein herd through to a large 100% pasture fed Once A Day dairy with added value through a small dairy making ice cream, butter and cheese mainly sold through an honesty shop on-farm.

I am convinced that RegenAg is as much about the people involved as well as the soils, livestock, wildlife and landscape. It is an essential part of a local food system
