Matt runs Nutfield Dairy with his partner Betsie Edge. Coming into farming with no agricultural background, he shifted from conventional methods to regenerative practices focused on soil health. Matt produces cheese, milk and yogurt from his traditional Shorthorn and Guernsey cows. He recently converted an old electric milk float into a mobile shop to sell milk directly to customers.
