Jacob Sykes cofounded in 2009 Fosse Meadows poultry farm in Leicestershire. Who continue to champion traditional and compassionate methods of farming, producing the absolute best birds with the highest welfare standards. Their chickens range extensively and are grown to a minimum of 81 days under the welfare system of Total Freedom before being processed in the FSA approved on farm abattoir. They sell their produce; online, wholesale to independent butchers and at twelve markets each weekend. Jacob has a background in business an accounting and a love for real food.
