We rescue good, surplus food from the food industry that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste and deliver it to hundreds of community organisations across London. Along with other suppliers, we work with farmers and producers. In 2024, we rescued 129 tonnes of top fruit with our gleaning operation.
