Ben is an independent Deer Stalker based in Graffham, near Petworth, West Sussex. He shoots seasonal wild deer and butchers them in his own facility into a large variety of cuts & bbq packs, and processes his own sausages & burgers. Ben has collaborated with the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership and the SDNPA to develop a (quarter) venison ‘Browsing Box’ alongside their Sussex Grazed lamb, goat and beef boxes which are sourced from conservation grazing animals.
