Marcus studied Agricultural Technology at Harper Adams Agricultural College before returning to the family sheep farm to pursue his aspiration of creating a business that offered solutions to farmers for handling livestock. Marcus established Livestock Management Systems, initially retailing new mobile yards developing the range over the years to include electric fencing, weighing equipment and spare parts.
