Stuart is a mixed organic farmer, cameleer, TV & radio producer and environmental journalist from Cornwall. He also runs Shifty Pig Ltd, which offers environmental management services, media training, consultancy and production services. He’s also a 2025 Nuffield Farming Scholar studying Fossil Free Farming, looking at removing fossil fuels from global agriculture in all its forms. He has founded the Fossil Free Farm advocacy project and just hosted the world’s first Fossil Free Farming Day.
