As Head of Environment (Technical) at AHDB, Rachael leads the delivery of evidence to support resilient farming businesses, focusing on climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental roadmaps, and the implications of environmental policy. Prior to joining AHDB Rachael was Head of Sustainability and Policy at Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales and was previously Head of Sustainability for Kite Consulting. Rachael lives with her family on a mixed beef and sheep farm in north Wales.
