Retail & Consumer Insights Analyst, AHDB Her role focuses on understanding retail and consumer opportunities and shopper trends in retail and foodservice for the meat and dairy industry and communicating opportunities for AHDB levy payers. She is also responsible for undertaking research projects including how to optimise meat labelling, and most recently focussing on how to improve shopper engagement with butchers and supermarket meat counters to drive purchase intent
