Fay is the Chief Impact & Financial Officer at Yeo Valley Production Ltd. Fay has a PhD in zoology and is passionate about conservation, ecology & health. She leads Yeo Valley’s research and measurement programmes to demonstrate the beneficial outcomes of regenerative farming and to inform future practice to amplify those outcomes. She is also a trustee at The Woodland Trust and at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
