Meghan Sapp is a Savory Institute Field Professional and co-leads Hub del Norte, serving northern Iberia and France. She and her husband run Curly Creek Ranch, one of Spain’s first EOV-verified farms. Meghan teaches holistic management, supports farmers and businesses, and is a founding farmer of EARA, now its Director of Advocacy. A former UN negotiator, she has over 20 years in food and energy transitions as a journalist, advocate and entrepreneur.
