Helen Avery leads the Green Finance Institute’s Nature Programmes, focusing on mobilising private sector investment into environmental outcomes. Over her five years with GFI, she and her team have supported the establishment of the UK’s Investment Readiness Funds, working with farmers on access to nature markets, as well as supporting UK firms to identify investment opportunities into sustainable farming practices for broader business resilience.
