Sarah has worked in organic food growing and outdoor education for the past 9 years. She originally trained through the Growing Communities programme and has since managed urban growing projects across London (Growing Communities sites and Living Under One Sun), on larger scale organic and biodynamic farms (Fern Verrow in Herefordshire and Jimmy’s Farm in Suffolk). For the past three years, she has been part of the team setting up GROW and manages the farm. She is also a sustainable beekeeper, a Forest School Leader, flower grower, and florist.
