Do you have an idea for a session at Groundswell 2025 (2nd & 3rd July)?

Please submit your ideas for a session at Groundswell on 2nd & 3rd July 2025 using the simple form here. All session concepts and ideas related to regenerative agriculture will be considered. Sessions can either be 55 or 25 minutes long. You are welcome to make more than one application. Sessions take place mainly in the different structures at Groundswell but can also take place in the Safari Tent, on stands, trial plots or around the farm. You are welcome to submit an idea or a proposal if it’s not you speaking or hosting.

Deadline for applications is 31st January 2025. All successful applicants will be informed via email by 28th March if their session has been accepted.

Remote/virtual speakers are not encouraged but video recordings can be used as part of your session. Please note: If your session details change fundamentally once accepted, you will need to re-apply.

Groundswell may share ideas or recommend collaboration with other people and organisations in order to pull together appropriate conversations.

Sessions will take place between 9am on Wednesday 2nd & 5.30pm on Thursday 3rd July, please ensure everyone involved with your session is available for this full time.
