Emma is Senior Farm Carbon and Soil Advisor for the FCT. She is the coordinator of the Soil Farmer of the Year competition which has been running since 2015 to award and champion farmers from across the industry who manage soil to support productive and healthy crops and pasture, which in turn supports a profitable and resilient farming system.
