Crossover Blendery was started by Charlie & George in January 2020 with a focus on 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in oak casks.
They work with British growers and farmers directly in order to source and utilise the best produce available, constantly on the hunt for old fruit varieties or heritage grains to use in the fermentation process.
