Natural Cider – Ripe & Haye Farm
My husband and I make both Haye Farm Cider and Ripe Cider but they are different brands. Ripe cider comes in 750ml bottles, is dry and is similar in flavour profile to a natural wine, Haye Farm comes in 330ml bottles, is slightly sweet and is more of a conventional cider. They are both made with heritage Cornish apple varieties, are wild fermented, barrel aged and made with the aim of protecting and preserving traditional orchards (which are now in the U.K. endangered habitats)
