A show stopping smoked beef experience, Tim, Oli, Chris and their team have explored various ways of cooking whole cows. Big Berther was constructed on farm using recycled materials; this is circular thinking in action. With 7.2 m2 of internal cooking area Berther has the capacity to cook up a storm.
