A show stopping smoked beef experience, Tim, Olly, and their team have explored various ways of cooking whole cows. Big Berther, constructed on farm using recycled materials this is circular thinking in action. With 7.2 m2 of cooking internal cooking area Berther has the capacity to cook up a storm.
