ALMA is a new mill and bakery under the arches in Bermondsey, London, with miller and baker Graison Gill at the helm. The team is on a mission to restore the value of whole grain wheat through incredible bread.

They’ll be offering a selection of whole grain loaves to pre-order on the day and take home, as well as fresh sandwiches filled with Natoora’s seasonal produce, deli items and take away fruit and veg pots. 
Each loaf is made with grains sourced from heritage and population wheat growers across France, Italy and the UK. In the UK, these include Gilchesters and John Letts. Milled in-house using a New American Stone Mill, flour is used at its freshest, when it is at its nutritional peak and aromas and flavours are at their most intense.
£1 from every purchase will go to Natoora’s Farm Fund, investing in grants to raise up the next generation of agroecological growers.
