This session is focussed innovation within the world of legumes. From establishing where we are starting from and evidencing this to Government to building farming systems that create room for profit and environmental responsibility, we will investigate how we can harness some of the raw materials more effectively and reducing our costbase. We will be talking about direction of travel for industry, how plant breeding can assist us and how being adaptable, we can adapt our farm output to the resources that we have.
