Aimee is the co-founder of Twelve Noon, a creative studio for food, drink and hospitality with editorial at its heart. In 2015 she founded Above Sea Level, an independent print magazine offering a fresh perspective on wine. She writes about wine, food and farming for publications such as Monocle, Condé Nast Traveller, Riposte and Vittles
