Andrew Brewer and his wife Claire run a grass based dairy system comprised of 500 autumn block calving cows. They aim to graze cows every day of the year utilising on/off grazing techniques. Soil and animal health is central to maintaining the productivity of the farming system. Andrew is one of the three Farm Net Zero monitor farms in Cornwall, with the aim of getting the farm to net zero by 2025, through implementing a range of cow, grass and soil actions.
