Andrew Rees farm 320 spring calving British Friesian cows plus replacements on 400 acres in west wales. Andrew has managed to reduce Nitrogen usage on farm by 60% in the last three years with notable improvements in cow health. He has been concentrating on practices that protec soil and increase soil biology which has led to him experimenting with grazing milkers on multi species covers.
