Cathal Donnelly

Co-founder of Mulroy Meadow Farm in Donegal, Cathal holds a BSc in Environmental Science with Marine Studies and is Member of the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture. With experience as a locksmith, carpenter, and scientific crew member aboard the Celtic Explorer, he brings a hands-on, grounded approach to regenerative farming. Alongside his wife Michelle, a pharmacist, he focuses on soil health, sustainability, and educating others on the link between food and wellbeing.
