Charlotte is a Rural Business Advisor at Sentry offering clients a professional service covering all areas of rural business – including funding applications, business planning, estate management, benchmarking and environment solutions.

After studying Physical Geography and Geology at Royal Holloway, University of London, she gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Agriculture at The Royal Agricultural University.  Not from a farming background, she is passionate about promoting the diverse industry whilst producing good quality British food in a sustainable way.

Charlotte manages the Sentry Surrey farms, covering over 1000ac, across three sites of arable land, on a mixture of CFA and FBT agreements. Growing mainly winter cereals, oilseeds and spring barley. Her experience with arable operations, farm management software, environment and carbon projects, H&S and farm audits help her support both new and existing clients.

She sits on the NFU National Crops Board and is vice-chair at her local NFU branch, takes part in the Farmers for Schools initiative and is a member of the BASIS Environmental Register.
