Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit organisation Foodprint Nordic and the European project Top 50 Farmers (that will be launched this May). Foodprint Nordic works within Nordic countries where we work with the gastronomy world to scale regen ag. Restaurants, canteens, cafes etc. add 1% to the guest’s bill and these funds go into our Restore Fund. Regenerative farmers can then apply for funding for regen ag projects. So this is a way where we use the restaurants (canteens etc ) platforms as a force for good and to engage eaters in the regenerative transition by concrete action. Top 50 Farmers is an acceleration platform that is paving the way for regen ag to be scaled from soil to gut. Top 50 Farmers is a yearly Award, but also a platform to scale the ecosystem and the opportunities for regenerative farmers.
