Clare Griffiths is a limnologist and ecologist working in Zimbabwe for a sustainable farming group who is growing Avocados and Macadamia Nuts regeneratively. She is making and using microbial compost, from The Land Gardeners Climate Compost recipe, at scale instead of chemical inputs.

At present Clare is Group ecologist for RVC, Heads IP for the MyTrees Trust and is on the board of various organisations in Zimbabwe.
