Daisy Headley is the Shrill Carder Bee Species Recovery Manager for Bumblebee Conservation Trust. Having been brought up on dairy farms, she has focused her career on combining her two loves of conservation and farming. Joining the Trust in 2017, she has worked on various projects in the South West focusing on creating habitat for rare species such as the Brown-banded carder and Shrill carder bumblebees. At home, Daisy has a small holding focusing on low-input farming using native breed sheep (Exmoor Horns) producing all grass-fed lamb boxes for local clients.
