Didi Pershouse is the author of The Ecology of Care: Medicine, Agriculture, Money, and the Quiet Power of Human and Microbial Communities, and Understanding Soil Health and Watershed Function. She is known for her deeply participatory workshops with the Land and Leadership Initiative, and her curriculum is used in 95 countries, and with over 1 million natural farmers in Andhra Pradesh, India. She co-founded Rehydrate California with Walter Jehne. She writes and hosts The Wisdom Underground on Substack.
