Dorothy Shaver is a Registered Dietitian and food sustainability expert who uses her knowledge and passion to drive change for positive health and environmental outcomes, dedicated to creating a world where nutritious food is accessible and desirable to all. She comes with twenty years of cross-industry experience in food systems change in product innovation, research and development, retail, media, marketing, health care and personalized nutrition.
Dorothy’s current role as Global Food Sustainability Lead for Unilever’s €13 billion Nutrition Business Group includes leading the full sustainability strategy with regenerative agriculture as a key part which has have proven to have significant impacts on nature and climate. She is also led the creation of Future 50 Foods.
