Hannah is a medical doctor, a first generation organic farmer in West Yorkshire and a Nuffield Scholar, who is currently exploring the link between different farming practices and the nutrient quality of food. As a forward-thinking farmer who also has first-hand experience of chronic health issues, Hannah is excited about the potential role farmers can play in boosting the nation’s health and has been exploring how farmers can be rewarded for practices that promote nutrient density.
