Dr John Redhead is a spatial ecologist at the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology. He has 12 years’ experience in sustainable agriculture research, focussed on combining spatial datasets to answer key questions around the design of sustainable farm landscapes and the ecology of farmland wildlife. John has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers, ranging from field- and farm-scale studies to national-scale analyses. He also works closely with the farming sector to inform his research and to translate research outcomes into digital tools (e.g. E-Planner) and data products that support farmers in improving sustainability.
