2024

Dr. Marina Chang is Director of Research and Academic Engagement at Fielden Whisky. Marina is working alongside Fielden Whisky’s Managing Director John Letts to demonstrate how the novel grain production approach, Restorative Continuous Cropping (RCC) using heritage grains, can be managed in order to generate as much grain as possible with no chemicals and minimal use of fossil fuels, and without compromising the long-term sustainability of the system. Her role is to advance the vision of Fielden Whisky in becoming a world leader in the areas of sustainable grain production and heritage grains for ‘green distilling’.
She is currently an Honorary Associate Professorship at UCL and an Adjunct Professor at New York University London Campus.
