Eleanor Marks is a proactive advocate for sustainable farming with experience across the horticultural sector. She started off picking and grading crops, to running variety and herbicide trials, supervising a harvest team, product development and project management. Her first-class degree in Geography and this hands-on experience has been well-applied within her role in LEAF’s (Linking Environment And Farming) Integrated Farm Management team. As a Technical Officer, she has been leading collaborative projects on Tree Health (creating the Farmer’s Guide to Ash Dieback), Agroforestry and Net-zero initiatives. She has a strong focus on fostering connections between farmers, foresters, and other industry experts.
