Ella Bradfield is a Research Scientist at ADAS, specialising in cereal pathology. Alongside managing pathology trials, Ella has been involved in Oper-8, a European funded project, communicating and demonstrating alternative weed control methods. She has supported the management of IPMNET, an integrated pest management network funded by Defra and is interested in how IPM strategies are being implemented on farm.
