Ellie is a British Flower farmer and owner of studio floristry business Wilt based in north Hertfordshire. Specialising in weddings and events, her creations use blooms she has grown in an earth friendly way, without the use of chemicals, deeply influenced by regenerative practices, working to improve the health and diversity of the soil to produce flowers and foliages with character and vibrancy. Every stem is the ultimate conversation starter to encourage people to consider the provenance and process involved in growing what should be a product of nature.
You can see her design work on the main stage where she and other members of Flowers from the Farm have created a installation made entirely of the contributing members lovingly grown flowers.
