Emmanuelle has over eight years of experience delivering on sustainability for M&S Foods, with a focus on sourcing and sustainable agriculture. As environment and nature lead, she works with suppliers, growers, and the wider industry to support farming system change to deliver outcomes for nature, climate, and supplier resilience. Emmanuelle has set up and led M&Sā€™s Farming with Nature programme to support British growers to adopt nature-friendly farming practices, which has involved trialling innovative technologies and approaches and delivering advice for farmers at scale. She oversees environmental farming standards across a global grower base and the development of programmes in key sourcing regions, which includes addressing shared water and nature challenges through collective action projects.
