Glenn Anderson is a 5th generation farmer and Strategy Lead at Wending Beck, a pioneering habitat creation, nature restoration and regenerative farming project, spanning ~2,000 acres in Norfolk. The project is a collaboration between private landowners, local authorities, environmental NGOs and Anglian Water. It will be principally financed by biodiversity net gain but is also providing nature-based solutions for nutrient mitigation and natural flood management, along with testing high-resolution monitoring of biodiversity, water, soil and carbon. Anderson is a director of land-use-change consultancy Swallowtail, a trustee of FWAG and also sits on the regional advisory boards of the CLA and National Trust.
