Guy runs the Gaddesden Estate in Hertfordshire. Farming on heavy silty clay with, in places, more flints than soil, he is passionate about all things farming and environment. He spends most of his time trying to refine resilient arable operations on difficult soils, making plenty of mistakes along the way.
