As a deer manager himself, he advocates for the humane management of deer populations and the wider adoption of wild venison as a sustainable and ethical food choice. Hugh is dedicated to advancing best practice standards in both deer management and wild venison production as well as raising awareness of wild venison in the UK through education at both a local and national level.
