Jan-Hendrik Cropp has been co-running different farming and vegetable operations for over a decade. He is a freelance consultant and has been a speaker on soil health through his company under_cover GbR for 7 years. The soil health enhancing cropping systems he is promoting are based on his own farming experiences and his research and on-farm experiments as an organic agricultural scientist. He also incorporated insights from extensive research trips throughout Europe and North America. His passion is advancing organic no-till farming and mulchings systems for commercial-scale vegetable operations.
