JJ Willcocks is a third-generation dairy farmer at Tregleath Farm, nestled between Bodmin and Wadebridge in Cornwall. Alongside his wife Kiki, he manages 300 cows on 280ha, growing forage crops like barley, peas and lucerne. Passionate about grazing and biodiversity, they’ve introduced herbal leys and regenerative practices to boost soil health, enhance resilience and support nature across the farm.
