Joe Stanley is an experienced farmer and since 2021 has been head of sustainable farming at the GWCT Allerton Project, a research and demonstration farm in Leicestershire. He writes extensively in the farming and national press, and is author of ‘Farm to Fork: The Challenge of Sustainable Farming in 21st Century Britain.’ He also sits on the National Farmers Union’s national Environment Forum.
