Joseph Gridley is the CEO of Soil Association Exchange – a new service to help all UK farmers accurately measure their impact on the environment, then get advice and financial incentives they need to improve. Previously, Joseph led EIT Food’s work with start-ups building a better food system in Southern Europe and on regenerative agriculture. Before that, Joseph worked as a chef and at various NGOs. He also set up a new charitable foundation to make impact investments in businesses and charities tackling food security and food poverty.
