Lucinda Langton is Head of Sustainability at M&S Foods, with more than 20 years’ experience in sustainability, corporate issues management, strategy development, implementation and communications. Lucinda leads the M&S Food ‘Plan A’ team, driving progress against key areas of impact – including meeting the business’s net zero target, carbon measurement and reduction, sustainable agriculture and sustainable raw materials, human rights, plastic and packaging and food waste. She oversees the M&S ‘Farming with Nature’ programme and strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as LEAF and WWF. She was previously Director of Sustainable Packaging at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. She lives in Lincolnshire and is married to a farmer.
This session will look at the state of collaboration and how it is driving value. Is the UK more collaborative than it appears (in the supply chain, for labour and machinery, to deliver environmental income, etc)? And how could that help scale up regen agriculture?
