Martin is a third-generation farmer from West Lancashire, transitioning from conventional to regenerative farming over the past 12 years. He runs Brow Farm with a practical, adaptive approach — using cover crops, companion planting, and minimal soil disturbance. With a focus on soil health and diverse markets, he sells the farm’s grains and flours both online and wholesale.
