Mike joined BaxterStorey in 2001 as operations manager, took over the sustainability agenda in 2006, and now supports the sustainability and ESG agenda across the WSH portfolio.
Mike has an MSc in Corporate Environmental Management. He is a Guardians of Grub Ambassador with WRAP and a Board member of Zero Carbon Forum. He is a member of the UN Global Compact Network UK Advisory Group and Editorial Advisory Board member of edie. In 2018 Mike collected the Special Achievement Award at the Foodservice Footprint Awards.
